CW welcomes litigators Daniel Natal and Michael Fisher
March 2025
CW continues its recent expansion with the addition of two new litigators, associates Daniel Natal and Michael Fisher.
Daniel is a former federal public defender who focuses on white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. While at the Trial Unit of the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Los Angeles, Daniel represented defendants charged with an array of federal crimes, including wire fraud, bribery of public officials, and illegal exports. Prior to joining CW, Daniel served as an attorney representing claimants with disabilities in Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income hearings before administrative law judges.
Michael represents clients in complex commercial litigation. He has attained successful outcomes for individuals and institutions in state and federal court, domestic and international arbitrations, and government enforcement proceedings. Michael’s experience is broad-based, spanning multiple industries —including entertainment, finance, and pharmaceutical—as well as a wide array of civil disputes. Previously, Michael practiced at a Los-Angeles based litigation firm and in the New York office of a large international firm.
Founding partner Reuven Cohen said, "Daniel and Michael are both dynamite litigators. We have followed their careers for some time and are beyond thrilled that they've joined us. Their skills and expertise will enable us to better serve clients across our practice areas."
Managing partner Marc Williams added, "CW has welcomed three exceptional lawyers in the first three months of 2025, expanding in response to our clients' needs. As the firm's headcount increases, however, we remain committed to assembling a team that reflects our strengths, goals, and values. We're confident that Daniel and Michael will play key roles in driving CW's continued success."
