Kathleen Erskine named one of California’s Top Woman Lawyers by Daily Journal

CW partner Kathleen Erskine was named to the Daily Journal’s 2024 “Top Women Lawyers in California” list. The list recognizes 100 women lawyers practicing in California who have made an impact on their firm, their clients, and their profession.

 

Erskine, the Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section, is one of the few lawyers in Los Angeles who represents both employers and employees. Clients rely on her to help them navigate the complexities of employment law while shielding their reputation from harm in a wide range of employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases, and complex business disputes involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants.
