We are thrilled to announce that Ladd Albrechtsen has joined CW as our first-ever managing director. Albrechtsen, a long-time executive in the legal market, will focus on driving operational efficiency across key areas, including finance, technology, human resources, recruiting, and professional development. Albrechtsen has spent more than 25 years helping firms of all sizes—from small boutiques to large, national presences—optimize their operations. Previously, he was the chief operating officer of Crowley Fleck PLLP, a multiservice firm with 11 offices across Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. He also served as executive director of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP’s Los Angeles office and Caldwell Leslie & Proctor PC.
