The Daily Journal announced that CW managing partner Marc Williams has been named to its list of "Leading Commercial Litigators" for 2025. The annual list recognizes lawyers "you want on your side in a bet-the-company case."
Described by one client as "absolutely terrific at trial," Williams has earned a reputation in the courtroom for his impressive results in the complex commercial litigation arena. Over a recent span of nine months, he tried three jury trials to verdict, all of which resulted in resounding victories for his clients.
