We are thrilled to announce that CW partner Roya Ladan has been named to Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under List for 2024. Every year, Benchmark identifies the top young litigators making their mark across the United States.
Ladan is a trial lawyer who represents individuals and entities in all stages of litigation, from investigations to trials, arbitrations, and appeals. As an employment litigation specialist, she draws on her extensive first-chair jury trial experience (including time as a trial attorney for California's Civil Rights Department) to successfully resolve wage and hour disputes as well as misclassification, employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and whistleblower actions.
