Ladd directs Cohen Williams’ business operations. In collaboration with the firm’s partnership, he develops and implements strategies to improve performance and identify opportunities for expansion. His work focuses on driving operational efficiency across key areas, including finance, technology, human resources, recruiting, and professional development. Ladd’s collegial attitude and collaborative leadership style empower the firm to grow while retaining its unique culture.

As a long-time executive in the legal market, Ladd has spent more than 25 years helping firms of all sizes—from small boutiques to large, national presences—optimize their operations. Prior to joining Cohen Williams, he was the chief operating officer of Crowley Fleck PLLP, a multiservice firm with 11 offices across Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. He also served as executive director of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP’s Los Angeles office and Caldwell Leslie & Proctor PC.
